Our management team will reach out to you to discuss details and get you set up via text or phone call within four business hours.
If we are able to welcome you to our family, you will receive an email to activate your Time to Pet account. Time to Pet is a mobile app where you will create profiles for each of your pets with all of your notes and instructions. This app allows you to easily submit scheduling requests and payments, and you’ll be able to instant message with our team!
After you activate your account via the email, you will need to download the Time to Pet app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will be prompted to digitally agree to our Terms of Service the first time you log in. Please read carefully and let us know if you have any questions at all.
After you have completed your account, we will schedule your New Client Consultation! This is time for us to get to know you and your pets and go over their routine in-person. One of our management staff will attend this meeting with the pet professional who will be doing your first visits, and then they will introduce any other team members who will be caring for your pets. We work together as a team to ensure every visit is successfully completed no matter what, to be able to provide more availability for your needs, and your pets will have even more friends this way!
We require the use of a lockbox to access your home. You can provide your own lockbox, or you can purchase one from us and we will bring this to your New Client Consultation. If your neighborhood does not allow lockboxes, we ask that you provide a minimum of two key copies.
