Having worked at a very stressful Corporate job at an average 50 hours per week for 18+ years straight, with no more than 1 week off at a time, I didn't have energy for much outside of the job as I live alone and don't have a support network. So I am excited to finally have a job that is stress free and allows me to have some time to myself for some serious soul searching. Also, I have a great sense of humor.

I have two cats - Dish and Ash. Dish got her name because her previous owners said that she constantly knocked her bowls off the counter when they were empty, in result breaking them - the name was too cute and fit for her, so it stayed when she came into my loving arms. Ash is your typical selective, food-motivated little girl. Guinness is a rescued tri-color Australian Shepherd. He is the goofiest boy, a true "velcro pup," and loves and protects his Mommy passionately. Mia is our Beagle/Basset Hound mix. She was born deaf, although sometimes it feels like it's simply selective, and she makes having a deaf pup so easy! We LOVE them with all that we are, and can't imagine life without our four-legged family members.
