“This company was absolutely fantastic! I have used other pet care services, but my experience with Bad to the Bone was the best out of all other companies. The way that our sitter Alanna, took care of our two fur babies was outstanding! I received several photos throughout the day from her with very thorough progress reports while on my trip, which put my mind at ease when it came to their well being. Not only that, but she even made last minute arrangements to care for our pets a bit longer when our flight was impacted by a hurricane. Our pets loved her, and we knew this beforehand with our free meet and greet they offer. This was just an all around outstanding experience, and as a pet lover and owner I was more than satisfied with such excellent care for my babies. The company is honest and genuinely cares about your pets, and as animal lover and past pet care taker, heck I’d even work for them. Usually we always boarded the animals and it was so nice that we were able to leave them at home in their comfort and we were able to relax on vacation!
